Why?

Why……
Murder living in the streets
Blood on the hands of the people we meet
Murder living in the streets
Blood on the hands of the people we meet
Why can’t we walk the streets at night
Why do we live in a stage of fright
Why can’t we walk the streets at night
Why do we live in a stage of fright
Why…
There’s blood on my hands
There’s blood on my hands
Got blood on my hands
Got blood on my hands
People kill for money
People kill because of pain
Some kill in the name of love
And others kill to gain
Why…
Why….
Murder living in the streets
Blood on the hands of the people we meet
Murder living in the streets
Blood on the hands of the people we meet
Why can’t we walk the streets at night
Why do we live in a stage of fright
Why can’t we walk the streets at night
Why do we live in a stage of fright
Why….
Got blood on my hands
There’s blood on my hands
Got blood on my hands
There’s blood on my hands
People kill for money
People kill because of pain
Some kill in the name of love
And others kill to gain
Why can we live in harmony
Live here in tranquility
Why…
Got blood on my hands
There’s blood on my hands

Creeper

Creeping in and out of your house
Never knowing what you’re going
Walking up and down the street
Always blind to where you’re going
Shattered mirrors lay around you
Pick up a piece and you may learn
Chameleon of our times
Carrying a new face everyday
Changing all the time
Never knowing what to do
Open your eyes
Can’t you fucking see
You have to learn what is right
Sit down and construct your life
Nothing is out of reach
You only have to try
Who said dreaming is just for kids
Rest your head and solve your problems
Tine is short so live fast
Don’t let the creeper rule your life
Changing all the time
Never knowing what to do
Open your eyes
Can’t you fucking see
Shattered mirrors lay around you
Pick up a piece and you may learn
Chameleon of our times
Carrying a new face everyday
Changing all the time
Never knowing what to do
Open your eyes
Can’t you fucking see

I gave it to you just to try
I didn’t like it much I don’t know why
You took the cup from my hands
I smiled as it met your lips
Sometimes things aren’t always right
Judgement passed right from out sight
You had to taste on this day
Now you found out what it was like
Chorus
Tell me now
How it was
Cherry smash
You had a funny gleam in your eye
It matched up right with the sky
You didn’t know what to expect
You didn’t want to take any chances
Remember what you had wasn’t what I said
It got in your mind and stuck in your head
Now that this day is gone
I look back and laugh to myself
Tell me now
How it was
Cherry smash
Staring up into the sun
Thinking about nothing at all
Staring up into the sun
Thinking about nothing at all
Words do not need to be spoken
To get my message through
Words do not need to be spoken
To get my message through
Words cannot even be spoken
To get my message through
Cherry Smash
Cherry Smash
Tell me how it was
Tell me how it was
Tell me how it was
Cherry Smash

Long Awaited

Sitting here all alone no one by my side
People walk by me and look at me as if I had died
What is it now, what have I done
I ask it every day
Then again to me it’s all the same
And I know
That I’m the same person as the day before
So why do you
See me in a different light
Then my dreams tell me things that aren’t real
Then I realize it’s just the way I feel
Then I get caught in webs of pain
If I escape it’s all the same
And I know
That I’m the same person as the day before
So why do you
See me in a different light
Then I realize I’m looking for something
Then I find myself looking for something
Then I realize I’m looking for something
Then I find myself looking for something
I hope somebody takes my hand before I fall
Then I realize I’m searching for something…always searching for something…
take my hand before I fall
